Coaching, Reading, or Energy Work
Talk it out…
This session can include conversation to support whatever you’re wanting to work through. Any places you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, frustrated. Can be helpful to share your thoughts and feelings with a person outside of the situation. Receive alternate perspectives to support your decisions. Also unraveling what you want to let go of and incorporating ways to move towards what you do want!
Reading…
We can incorporate oracle and or tarot cards to support honing in on specifics. I can pull cards cold to see what wants to come through or you can ask for support with specifics.
Energy Work…
This is a quiet gentle session with some messages for support. Messages will be shared during the session or at the end depending on what the client needs to receive the most benefit from the session
(A blend of many techniques Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Shamanism, Quantum Touch)

Sometimes there is just soooo much… sooo many things you don’t know where to begin! I get it! I got you! Let’s explore it and figure it out together.
This is where we allow your higher self and my Intuitive abilities and experience to combine and lead the way. You don’t need to know.
This session usually starts 1 of 2 ways…
You just start talking without sensoring yourself or I will intuit impressions, ideas, or questions to begin the conversation. If needed I receive clear directives for the session ahead of time.

This session is for anyone who wants to learn about or expand upon their own abilities. You will receive support perspectives and assignments to work on at home to further develop your abilities.
You will also receive personal support for your own process. As we receive energy sessions for our own energetic support we are simultaneously learning ways to support others
